John has a love for all things woodwork and has been actively involved with the Architectural Woodwork Institute for many years. John also has a passion for Special Needs Children and their families and is involved in the Special Needs ministry at his church, Christ Fellowship.

Ed started at Coastal Millworks as a woodwork apprentice over 17 years ago. Mastering every part of his craft as he has advanced his career has made him a world class woodwork project manager. Ed is responsible for Project Management, Drafting, and Estimating.
Mary has worked along side John handling Accounting and Human Resources for Coastal since the company was founded in 1990. Mary also has a passion for Special Needs Children and their families and is involved in the Special Needs ministry at her church, Christ Fellowship.

Tony started at Coastal Millworks as a woodwork apprentice over 17 years ago after his service in the United States Marine Corps. He has worked in all areas of the shop and as a project manager. Tony's extensive woodwork experience and excellent technology skills have helped him advance Coastal's production techniques to a world class level. Tony is responsible for the Parts Processing, Lineal Moulding, Special Millworks, and Sash and Door Departments.
Matt has been in the Woodworking business for over 30 years and has been with Coastal for 21 years! His vast experience and passion for perfection have added tremendous value to our cabinetry and finishing operations.

Rich has worked for Coastal Millworks building World Class woodwork since 1998. In 2015 Rich was selected to lead Coastal's growing field installation operations. His expertise in cabinet building and dedication to total customer satisfaction bring tremendous value to our installation team!
