John has a love for all things woodwork and has been actively involved with the Architectural Woodwork Institute for many years. John also has a passion for Special Needs Children and their families and is involved in the Special Needs ministry at his church, Christ Fellowship.
Don St. John
Chief Financial Officer
Don joined Coastal Millworks in 2020 with 25 years of financial management and business operations experience. Don's 25 years of experience includes corporate senior management experience as well as 10 years owning and operating a financial services company. His expertise will be crucial in expanding Coastal Millworks business operations and its presence in the Palm Beach County Architectural Millwork market.
Ed started at Coastal Millworks as a woodwork apprentice over 28 years ago. Mastering every part of his craft as he has advanced his career has made him a world class woodwork project manager. Ed is responsible for Project Management, Drafting, and Estimating.
Tony Perez
Production Manager
Tony started at Coastal Millworks as a woodwork apprentice over 17 years ago after his service in the United States Marine Corps. He has worked in all areas of the shop and as a project manager. Tony's extensive woodwork experience and excellent technology skills have helped him advance Coastal's production techniques to a world class level. Tony is responsible for the Parts Processing, Lineal Moulding, Special Millworks, and Sash and Door Departments.
Mary Maffett
Secretary & Treasurer
Mary has worked along side John handling Accounting and Human Resources for Coastal since the company was founded in 1990. Mary also has a passion for Special Needs Children and their families and is involved in the Special Needs ministry at her church, Christ Fellowship.
Matthew Carothers
Cabinetry & Finishing Manager
Matt has been in the Woodworking business for over 30 years and has been with Coastal for 21 years! His vast experience and passion for perfection have added tremendous value to our cabinetry and finishing operations.
